摘要：Sponsored by the Information Office of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government,the Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government,Zhejiang Daily Group and Zhejiang Radio and TV Group,the 1st the first Zhejiang Media Cooperation and Communication Forum with International Friendship Cities kicked off in Hangzhou in the sweet osmanthus season of the city,and was attended by about 120 media representatives from 67 countries,famous think tanks,representatives from Zhejiang media groups,scholars and special guests from all over Zhejiang Province.The theme of the forum can be summarized as the pursuit of love,friendship,fusion,mutual understanding and respect,as shown in the following abstracts of the speeches from some participants.

{1}來(lái)稿請(qǐng)按如下順序撰寫(xiě)：文題、作者姓名、作者署名項(xiàng)、摘要、關(guān)鍵詞、中途分類號(hào)、文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼、正文。

{3}題目、內(nèi)容提要、關(guān)鍵詞來(lái)稿題目限20個(gè)字以內(nèi)，副標(biāo)題不超過(guò)18個(gè)字；內(nèi)容提要字?jǐn)?shù)在300字以內(nèi)；關(guān)鍵詞一般為3至5個(gè)，以分號(hào)隔開(kāi)。英文標(biāo)題需注意大小寫(xiě)問(wèn)題，英文關(guān)鍵詞統(tǒng)一小寫(xiě)（本當(dāng)大寫(xiě)的單詞除外）。
{4}參考文獻(xiàn)應(yīng)為在文中確切引用的專著、期刊文章、論文集文章、學(xué)位論文、報(bào)告、報(bào)紙文章、國(guó)家（國(guó)際）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、專利、電子文獻(xiàn)等，接正中引用的先后順序編號(hào)，且應(yīng)在正中相應(yīng)的地方標(biāo)示。
{5}摘要(200～400字，需有簡(jiǎn)明的研究目的、研究方法、結(jié)果、結(jié)論等，不少于200字)。中英文。
